Clarify Pro is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that provides Google Ads campaign optimization tools and insights. Our service includes:

• Campaign performance analysis and reporting
• Negative keyword identification and recommendations
• Semantic cleaning for search terms
• ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) optimization insights
• Automated labeling and campaign organization tools

Subscription Plans

Clarify Pro offers subscription-based pricing with the following tiers:

• Starter Plan: For small businesses managing lower ad spend volumes
• Growth Plan: For growing businesses with medium ad spend
• Scale Plan: For enterprises with high ad spend volumes

All subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. There is no long-term commitment required, and you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

User Responsibilities

When using Clarify Pro, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our service
• Not use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Not share your account access with unauthorized users

Google Ads Integration

To use Clarify Pro, you must connect your Google Ads account. By connecting your account, you authorize us to access your Google Ads data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Google's API Services User Data Policy. You may revoke this access at any time from your dashboard settings or directly through your Google Account settings.

Liability Disclaimer

You acknowledge that digital advertising involves risk, and campaign performance can be affected by numerous factors beyond our control. We strongly recommend reviewing all recommendations carefully and testing changes gradually before implementing them at scale.

Payment and Billing

By subscribing to Clarify Pro, you agree to the following payment terms:

• All fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Clarify Pro within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team at support@clarify-pro.com. Refunds are not available for subscription renewals or after the 30-day initial period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Clarify Pro until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused time, except as provided in our 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.

Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that Clarify Pro will be available 100% of the time. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• VOLANTYS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the service
• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from using Clarify Pro

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Clarify Pro, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and algorithms, are owned by VOLANTYS LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service without our express written permission.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a manner that could harm our business or other users. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any associated data.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or through a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of Clarify Pro after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Clarify Pro shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
